Meet Shell, also known as Michelle Holst, Dublin’s delightful voice of the airwaves. When COVID confined her to the couch, an Instagram course reignited her performing passion!

Shell’s radio idols, the legendary Gay Byrne, the suave John Creedon, and the ever-sassy Jenny Green, paved the way for her to rock the mic with flair. This baker, writer, and unabashed Star Trek nerd doesn’t just stop there. Shell's talents span singing in a choir, devouring books like a true bibliophile, and of course, spinning tracks from crooners to classical, rap to rock, and pop to country.

Her love affair with radio began at five when her older brother spun "The War of the Worlds" on vinyl, convincing her that aliens were indeed en route. That’s the magic of radio, folks!
